That's actually an approximate location. Watch the video on this page. The light blue circle is showing you the approximation of where you are. If it has you pinned down to a set location (via internal GPS), you will only see a small dark blue dot.

Do you have your internal GPS enabled? If so, you shouldn't be seeing that light blue outer circle.

Nothing responded at all and the only way to fix it was to pull the battery. I have my GPS enabled on my 8820, but can never get a signal in my office building. The cell tower approximation nailed my location. It'll be interesting to see how it transitions when I go outside and pick up a real GPS signal.

I've got 10 of them sitting on my desk now that users brought to me asking why their BB's are frozen until they pull the battery now after loading it. Another 10 remote users have all emailed me asking the same thing. I have 1 of them that's been sitting on my desk waiting for the app to even come up after clicking on it almost an hour ago.
