Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830: BlackBerry8830/4.2.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

Is there a way to get Google Maps to link with our address books as opposed to blackberry maps?

I went through all the hassle in getting VZ navigator working on bb 8803, to then find out that Google Map 2.0 works as good on 8803.
Still undecided on which one to stay with.

Is the 8803 the child of the 8703 and the 8830?

Make sure you are trying different locations. I believe the closer to a cell tower, the more accurate.

Default google maps address book intergration - 12-23-2007, 12:18 AM

I know you can map an address from your address book to google maps but can you save an address or contact info from a google search to your address book? They have the favorites option in google maps but its not the same as having the info from a google search updated into your address book ie name, address, phone #, fax #, website, email address, etc.. just think of how much less typing you would have to do!?!

please let me know if there are any plugins or any other options.

thanks

nate
