Search for Chronograph...that's what I have and it does what you're asking. Or check for a thread with the 'Mini Version Tracker' in it. I think the download link is there.

The Chronograph mentioned above is a great general-purpose stopwatch/timer with lots of features. If you're just looking for a countdown timer, there's also this one (disclaimer: which I wrote)
