crs,

Will this only integrate the new V3 of Empower currently being tested in Beta or my version 2.3?

Thank you for the update. I will be sure to provide my feedback.

Thanks,

Mark

crs,

I really like the time bar in the calendar display. Very nice touch to let you know your free time.

Thanks,

Mark

Downloading now...

I will keep you posted. I thought it was cool, but it killed my battery in the past.

I still don't understand why when in the Month View on Pocket Day only like one tenth of my appts appear as an icon/bar thing..... even though they are listed on the bottom as I scroll over the date. But for some reason the last two weeks of appts are always shown. Never made any sense and still doesn't. What am I missing?

I'm having the same issue. November month view looks like I have appointments ONLY in the first two weeks, but I have numerous appt. at the end of the month. The icon within the date square doesn't appear. If I highlight that date, THEN the appt. shows at the bottom of the screen, but the icon showing an appt. should show up in any box which represents a date I have an appointment on.

Also, when I have an appointment on, say, Thurs. that is "Meet Camille", it shows up on the monthly view for that day, but it also is displayed on the following day! In fact, numerous appointments are showing both on the day they occur AND on the following day! Very confusing.....

I can resist anything but temptation.

I have had my 8830 reset on its own twice tonight after installing the PD Beta..... this is not looking good for stability as I have never had my 8830 do that.

I'm not sure I understand why my Weekend appointments don't show up on the Summary page, Today, & Weekly. If I go to monthly view and highlight the day, they show up at the bottom of the page. But don't show the blocked time. If I use a theme with a calendar option, these 8 hour appointments show up. But not in PocketDay.

I also enabled Empower in PocketDay. I am a registered user of the current shipping version. When I click the trackball to open the new message, it just goes away. I have put a check mark on Enable Empower.

I am using an 8820 on AT&T running software version 4.2.2.184.

Thanks.

There are a few issues with appointments on this new beta that we are working on.

The empower integration ONLY works on the new empower Beta, not the older versions. This was a collaberative effort.

I've never had one single report of pocketday causing a BB reset, but we'll keep our eye on things.

crs,

I am trying out the new beta. One item I would like to see added is to have a different color background in the Today view for my meetings and the day/time bar.

Right now I have different colors selected for appointments and day seperator in the colors and fonts settings, but they all come up with the color of appointments. Having this setting would make the application much more easy to read.

Keep up the good work on the application.

P.S. - any way to now show the attached contacts name on the display for meetings and tasks?

Thanks,

Mark

Hello,

Is this a beta 5.15 version of Pro as well? I have Pro installed and don't want to loose those options.

Thanks a ton

Happy Holidays

The Beta will be pro or personal depending on what you already have. It will use all your current settings.

So those of us who were not able to be one of the lucky 20 or so that got the Empower beta are SOL until that is released? I can't read email without exiting PD.

Can't see all my appointments.

Blackberry Messenger alerts don't show up on the Summary page anywhere. They are in the Messages box . No visual indication there have been messages unless I exit PD.

hmmm... Ok... Don't guess I'll be able to test this then. Maybe later.

There is an indicator on the main BB screen. Since PocketDay covers that up, I would never know someone had sent a message while away from my phone. Thanks for clarifying that for me. I use that too often not to be able to see it.

Best of luck on your new release. I'll have to pass on it.
