Default Upgraded to Opera 4 ... still get message offering to upgrade? - 12-02-2007, 04:37 AM

I tried searching, didnt come up with anything. I upgraded to Opera mini 4. In the About menu it confirms that, but every website I visit still has a message on the top to upgrade to 4... anyone has that?

I had that, too. If you look at your installed applications, you'll see that you've got two Opera's installed. Delete the beta and everything will right itself. Though you will probably find that the start icon is in a different spot...

Don't know about the default browser. But for the shortcuts...keep Alt down, press either # or * (still keep Alt held down) and press a number key.

Clearly, this shortcut is intended for non-QWERTY keyboards, and on a full QWERTY, it's more keystrokes than using the menu key...
