Default bbToday problem

Please Login to Remove!

I did a search and nothing posted seems to work. I have a Nextel 7520 and the latest operating system. I downloaded bbToday from the link provided quite some time ago. It's been running without too much trouble, however the message count kept getting worse. It started out showing fine, then for a long time it would say I had 2 messages when I had none. The count would go up when I got messages, but when deleted I would always show 2 not read. Yesterday, the count went to 16.

I deleted bbToday, took the battery out for a few minutes while I was downloading again from the link on here to be sure I had the latest file (still version 1.5). When I reloaded, it still comes back showing 0/16 in the message section.

Any ideas?

OK .... update. I looked in all the folders on the BB and it was counting everything in my saved files folder and also in my sent folder and not just what was in the Inbox. For some reason it was also counting one of the messages twice, it had an attachment. I deleted everything in the saved files folder as I didn't need them any more except for the one that had an attachment. I still showed 0/2. Once I deleted the last email it went down to 0/0.

I've had the same problem, but as soon as I click to open new messages right from the bbtoday program itself the issue resolves itself....
