I tried searching if this was an issue but didn't come up with much.

I recently changed my main email from my ISP (Verizon) to GMail. I am currently using Empower mail viewer which always worked great with my POP account. After receiving a few emails with GMail today, I noticed this message on some of my emails, "Your email clientis not set up to view HTML"

Is this a known issue with Gmail even though I have Empower installed?

UPDATE:

I figured this out, it appears to only be happening on specific emails. Otherwise, empower and gmail seem to be playing well with each other after all
