Default Blackberry Alerts Issues...

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,

First post here. Have only had the 8310 for a week and must say that I am diggin' it. I really wanted a program that would give me more control over the led and it seemed that blackberry alerts would be the answer. However, upon installation I got the following message:

"uncaught exception: module with handle (1309) and index (0) has no application entry point."

I clicked ok and went on with the program and it seemed to work just fine until I hit audio test and the screen went white. Now I cannot open the program at all. Any ideas here. Or perhaps another program that will allow me more control over the led. Thanks

Sean

You can try the standard BB troubleshooting steps...

- Battery pull & try the app again

Or

- Remove app
- Battery pull
- Reinstall app
- Battery pull
- Try it again

Easier if you get Soft Reset at:

SoftReset for the BB!
