Default Convenience Software Need Beta Testers for Pearlcast and Pearlstocks

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys,
Over at Convenience Software I have been developing two new programs called Pearlcast and Pearlstocks. First I will start with Pearlcast.
Pearlcast checks the weather forecast for a user specified zip code every few hours and then updates the color of your pearl based on that forecast. If you want more details about the forecast as well as the current temperature you just open the Pearlcast application from the ribbon.

Pearlstocks checks a user specified stock every few hours, and lights your pearl up green if that stock is up, and red if the stock is down.

I really like these two programs, but before I release them for sale I want to do a "closed" beta program. I want about 10-15 people, so if you are interested and have a BlackBerry 81xx series with a Data Connection please email me specifying which program you would like to test at:
[email address].

Mods and Admins get priority, and expect an email back within a day or so if you are accepted.

I wouldn't mind Beta testing the weather app when/if this can be used on a 8310.

These programs can be used on other Blackberry models, just the Pearl won't light up because they don't have colored LEDS.

Pearlstocks will work with any stock, i.e if you put in GOOG it will automatically check if Google is up or down every few hours. Same thing with DJI or AMD or AAPL.
