Emailed them 6 days ago to change the PIN for Mail Viewer Pro lic. Emailed them again yesterday - no response. Anyone else having this problem?

RoadRider - We almost invariably respond to queries within 1 day. But at times it may take us longer (though never 6 days!). PM me your email id so that I can check and follow up.
