flash pages

trying to view a page on blackberry 8800, all i get is following error (FLASH .. ) how do i view it?

If you are trying to view flash media, the blackberry cannot do it.

was told either plazmic or opera mini may work, but cant get plazmic onto handset ? not sure why it wont work, opera mini tells me internet not configured.

In Opera click "Synchronize".

forgive me for being bit new at this ... how do i get into opera to do that?
