When I try to start IdeaMatrix I get the message that my trial has expired. But I have paid for and have been the full version. I start the program and get the "Trial has expired" dialog box. I enter my 5-digit code, the one that has been working for months, and then choose my method of connection: TCP Normal, TCP/BES, TCP Direct, or WAP. I've tried them all and always end up with "Registration is not yet complete. Please try again later." So I'm locked out of the program I rely on and paid $60 for!

Sure have! I just got a reply after posting here. Funny that. We'll see the status of the missing unlock code when support replies again to my explanation.

I'll say this for them - their support is top notch! I don't know what they did, but after I deleted my data and re-tried the registration process it all went through smoothly. My registration code did work, finally, and I'm back up and running.
