Question Anybody have the paid version of Magmic Sudoku? I have a couple of questions. - 01-25-2008, 03:57 PM

I tried sending my questions to Magmic directly, but it doesn't look like their support form is working properly.

Anyway, I currently have the free version of Magmic Sudoku that I downloaded from the BB home page. I am considering paying for the full version, but have two questions. I am hoping somebody here can answer them for me.

(1) If I upgrade, will I be able to "convert" the free version into the paid version? I'm concerned about this because I don't want to replay the games I've already played, and I'd like to keep my current statistics.

(2) The paid version allows you to download 4 new games everyday. When you download the games on Day 2, do they replace the games you downloaded on Day 1, or add to it? Unless they allow you to save the daily games to the SD card, it would appear these daily downloads would eventually take up a lot of space unless they replace the prior days' games.

Thanks in advance if anyone here knows the answer to these questions.

1. If I remember correctly, Yes, you can convert and keep you stat. it had been a long time since my first purchase, I think it worked that way.

2. It replaced the game, you wont be able to keep your old game.

hope I answered your Qs.

The stats is stored in the database call RMS Databases. Make a backup your purchase.
