Default problem connecting to ultimate bet

Please Login to Remove!
For one I don't have a user name or password so I don't know if that has anything to do with it. But when I hit login I get this error: There was a problem creating the socket connection.
{ex=java.io.IOException invalid tunnel name} I did search for any answers but came up blank. I am using an 8310

one way to find out if it needs a username and pw is to try it.
