problems registering eOffice -

Hi, Hope someone can help. I've purchased eOffice, installed it on my Curve (Vodafone UK carrier) and activated it. I got a message "message has been sent to the registration server. You will receive registration email" when activated via eFile. Registration email arrives and I can log onto my account on the Dynoplex website and the site shows the software as registered. However, when I go to use eOffice I keep getting the messages "You are using an unregistered version of ...". I've tried reinstalling the software a number of times and the problem is still there. I've emailed my log files to Dynoplex and have requested a call back, but they don't seem to be responding to emails ? Has anyone else had a similar problem ? Can anyone help ?
