Default Jivetalk problem

Please Login to Remove!

I just downloaded jivetalk's 30 day trial and I am having problems logging into my AIM. It keeps saying bad password, when I know its right. I retyped it in 4times, so I know I didnt just mistype it. Has anybody experienced this problem? Any idea what I should do?

nope, working fine for me. try going to AOLs website and changing the password, then changing the password back

I agree...go online and change it then try it again on JiveTalk.

I had this problem. When I tried ommitting the space character from my password, the login was successful!

Watch for capital letter.

FYI Jive has to have one of the best customer service departments ever. If you ever have a problem, shoot them an email. You will get a response, and they are more then willing to help. I was so willing to pay for multiple licenses mainly because its such a flawless well back program.
