reading the forums i have discovered it is very dificult to get any support with this product so i was hoping someone who already has it can help. I am trying to make a rule so that incoming sms and emails will vibrate between 9pm and 8am. i thought it figured out how to do it but upon testing it it still made a sound. can anyone help? thanks in advance!

You need BBAlerts. Is that the product you need support on?

If you are talking about Webmessenger Alerts, then (in this respect), like Blackberry Alerts, it is for the REMINDER that your rules apply.

For the initial message (when it first comes in, that is), it is what you have set in your profiles that determines your alert. THEN, what you have set in Webmessenger Alerts or Blackberry Alerts determines how it will remind you.

I am using both. BB Alerts handles all reminders except those that I set rules for in WM Alerts (LED notification is off to avoid conflicts), mainly popup reminders and separate tones for the reminder.

I'd go into more detail but will wait to see which product you are talking about first. Both have schedulers for their respective alerts.
