Is there any 3rd party software that lets you send a txt message from a 7290? There is one called 3Jam but it only works for US phone carriers. I am on Rogers (canadian).

I need this because the SMS option is not available due to restrictions that cannot be removed.

I asked about the security policy before but that was it.

It appears you are on a BES. Your BES has restricted sms. You can't circumvent the policy. Send your sms's as an email using teleflip, etc.
