Does anybody know of a voice recorder for the BlackBerry 8800 that IS NOT VR+. I don't have a data plan, and in order to use just the trial, you have to have a data plan with version 2.2.2. I would prefer one that is of course free, and would be happy with one that has a free trial. I tried doing a Google search and the only thing that comes up is VR+, which as I stated, I can't use... Can anybody help me out? Thank guys! - J. Kidd

---> CORRECTION .. after the timer on the recorder (OS 4.5) turns red and then runs out .. it starts over again !! (just found that out) ..

what is the matter with vr+? why don't you guys like it?

We're cheap. At least I am... and I don't feel like paying for an application I'll only use once or twice.

kinda on the same page here .. (nothing's wrong with VR+)
but i only use a voice recorder once or twice a year .. and i do actually have an Olympus one for those occasions ..

i like the idea of having an all-in-one in the cell but when i really want something recorded (long range/mp3 file/quality/etc) i always use the 'real' one ..


BTW:
VR+ used to have a free version (free to record that is but not to upload) ..
ANYONE STILL HAVE THOSE alx & cod FILES ???
