Default Qik Alternatives for BlackBerry? - 03-29-2008, 12:23 AM

I know that Qik is "working on a client for BlackBerry" but does anybody support streaming video from your BlackBerry at this moment? I'm going out of town tomorrow and thought it would be interesting to use.

Not talking about streaming video to the BlackBerry, but from the BlackBerry to the internet, a la Qik.

Sorry for the misunderstanding.

qik for BB works well for me over wifi or on 3G, not the case over Edge. I get delayed video and very choppy audio on playback.

QIK has now fixed the bugs it had with Blackberry and it works fairly well. You can sign up and stream live video/audio over the internet on their site. It is pretty cool! With EDGE there can be a small lag but all things considered not to bad. About a 30 second lag time before your live video starts showing!
