Could anyone briefly help me or pt me in the direction of why on my 8320 I keep getting signed into Yahoo. I uncheck everything and sign out, but I keep getting signed in VERRRY FREQUENTLY.

you need to sign into yahoo messenger from your computer and go into your settings and disable mobile sign in.
