* Download and upload files Update your blog, add attachements to e-mail and download content directly to Opera Mini without using the native mobile browser.
* Autocomplete URLs Opera Mini will automatically suggest URL completions, making address input easy and intuitive.
* Save pages Make the most of offline time by saving Web pages for later viewing.

I like it so far. I had to use the uncertified one but as long as it works. I would rather use SureType instead of Multitap when entering urls.

I downloaded the uncertified as well. My hope is that Opera will address some of the java issues as well as those java websites work with them.
For example, Blackboard.com

Talking Opera Mini 4 is out!!! - 04-02-2008, 12:07 PM

Working awesome, faster, love it!

dont know if i can post links but the website of course from your bb itself is www.operamini.com

i noticed it did not upgrade itself, so I had to delete the old version from going to options, advanced, applications and delete it there.

I think I read on their download page they upgraded their server, so it shouldbe faster.

New in Opera Mini 4.1 beta
Now even faster
Prior to this release, we upgraded our servers and Opera Mini now receives your requested web pages up to 50% faster. So you can now access sites like Facebook, BBC, and any of your other favorite web sites even faster, with Desktop-like speeds.

The more I use this the more I like it, it is working very well for me. very fast and one of the best browsers I have used, never used an iphone either. Crackberry also has a video on their home page.

I must be missing something or the BB browser on my 8130 Pearl if far superior. This is the 4th time I'm giving Opera Mini a chance. I've had the latest version all day and I don't like it at all. It's slower compared to the BB browser and web pages look more realistic with the BB browser. I've tried all the Opera settings. Can someone tell me what's so better about Opera Mini other than "It's the greatest web browser there is!!!". Maybe someone with a Sprint 8130 Pearl 2 can reply.

I must be missing something as well. I have the same thoughts as you do concerning this. I keep downloading new revs of OM and keep going back to the BB Browser.

I've had this problem in 4.0 too, and more than just myspace. It appears to be Finnish or Norwegian. I also can't post bulletins. Which is odd.

I believe it is picking up the location of the server and automatically switching the language with some sites. Opera Software's Headquarters is in Oslo, Norway.

That would make sense then. Haha. 4.1 seems to be fine though, I can post bulletins and everything.. Haven't encountered Norwegian yet, but we'll see, because that didn't happen right off the bat with 4.0 either.

I had the same problem. I think I had to go fix on my desktop computer, as I couldn't read what I was doing otherwise. I reset it then when it tried to do it to me again on Operamini, I just clicked on the bottom button on the left (whatever it said) and it redirected me to english version. Does that make sense?
