ok... I am a realtor and use an internet based contact manager program that requires access to direct TCP ports for synchronizing... I am not tech savy when it comes to re-programming my BB...
Bottom line is that until 2 weeks ago, I could access those TCP ports and then Bell decided that it was not security friendly to allow that... so they have discontinued access to those TCP ports and are not willing to allow it again... as i am sure you can understand... am very VERY frustrated!!!

anyone have any suggestions on how i can regain access to those ports so I can continue to use my software?
please help!!!
