Looking for advice...

I am moving two users to mailstreet or similar exchange server, but have a wrinkle to deal with...

I have two users who need to know where (calendar) and what (task list) each are doing.. but still retain private tasks and events (calendar). I want events to show up like "[Peter] mtg in NYC" "[David] phone call with bob" etc..

Calendar for client 1
--->Common calendar
Task List for client 1
--->Common task list

Calendar for client 2
--->Common calendar
Task List for client 2
--->Common task list

I am looking at exchange type web applications.. I think I need:
1) web based placed to store the task and calendar data
2) synchronization software that allows you to choose which calendar and task list on each pc
3) something that co-exists with blackberry synch

I know there are some bright people here, any thoughts?

Not really sure if that's going to be possible short of hosting your own exchange server, I'm probably wrong though because there are alot of smart people in this forum..

After looking at Mailstreet and many others I found www.Mi8.com

These guys seem to be able to handle anything....

But would still love to hear some alternatives...
