Default bbReply Error Message - 04-02-2008, 02:42 PM

I have recently downloaded bbReply and went through the setup (ie adding emails for reply to) but when I try to use it this is the error message I get: "Error setting ReplyTo Address: Field added to a manager while it is already parented"

I have the same error after I installed and tried to test. I'm thinking it may be my BES server.

RIM stopped allowing applications to change the reply to address somewhere around OS v4.0 or v4.1, so BBReply no longer works on newer devices.

I remember something about that....I'll post that in the sticky thread, as well.

And, it might have even been in a BIS update. Not necessarily the OS change.
