Default Save attachments to media card and PC? - 04-04-2008, 09:43 AM

Hi, I have the BB 8820 and I need to save attachments to the media card, and transfer to my PC Sony Vajo.

Suppose I am out somewhere with a notebook and a Blackberry and no Internet connection around , except my BIS service. Someone sends me a Word document. I can view it in my Blackberry, now I want to transfer and edit it on the notebook (I have Windows Vista) and send it back. We can save pictures to the media card, but not documents.

What choices do I have?
Am I obliged to buy Dinolpex

Thanks!!

Dynoplex is one choice, and BeamBerry is another, which will save to your Media Card.

Thanks!!
Any free software?
I was really disappointed to realize that BB can not do that alone!
This really reduce the professional use of the device.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Well if your PC has a card reader, you can always transder the media files that way. Although, it is an inconvenient method.

I use ABC Amber Blackberry Converter , I think that it has a reasonable price. Haven't found freeware or other way to transfer.
