Default Google Sync - 04-09-2008, 11:08 PM

I recently input birthdays into my Address Book which were picked up and set up as all-day events by Google Sync. Unfortunately, when it syncs back to my BlackBerry, the time stamp is off and I get a 24-hour event starting at 6PM-6PM. Since BB doesn't recognize this as an "all-day event" (because it's spread out over two days, I think), it flags me as busy and causes conflicts with everything I have scheduled during that period.

I'm living in the Mountain Time Zone, so -7 from GMT, which brings up a second issue, why is the sync off by 6 hours, not 7?

Google Sync works flawlessly for everything else, just having problems with this.

Thanks in advance.

I think they had a later version that came out that fixed the 1hr problem. Search gcalsync I think. There was a google group that had an updated version.

I had all kinds of problems with Gcalsync, so I'm running Google Sync, from Google. Thanks though.

ahh, NP. Sounds like you're having the same exact problems that gcalsync used to have.
