This has been asked a million times, use the search button next time.

Anyway the best IM application is Jivetalk.

The two best applications out there are probably JiveTalk and IM+ Instant Messenger. I prefer JiveTalk for the interface and the price.

I've been using webnessenger and so far have no complaints. Plus the software is free.

Jivetalk is the best IM program. It works pretty well for pounding sand also.

I prefer IM+. Now if Trillian was on the BB, I'd drop it like a stone.

I think you'll find that the forums are partial to Jivetalk and for good reason - it's great and it works.

I think a million is a bit high! . . . . .

You meant to say: In my opinion the best IM program is . . . . .

I use Jivetalk, but looks like there is a one day only sale for IM+ here:

Enjoy.

IM+ or JiveTalk would be the best, they provide access to all the major IM networks.

You can get IM+ for 50% off on the crackberry.com today only.

I would try the trials of both IM+ and JiveTalk and see which one you like better.

For the first time I feel the future might hold something different for me. It's possible I'm fooling myself but I'm willing to take the risk.

Long time IM+ user (Palm, Windows Mobile, and on my older BlackBerry) but this WebMessenger looks appealing...

Are there any downsides to using WebMsg over IM+?
