Default Problems with "Message Alert" - 05-18-2008, 11:06 PM

I am trying to install Webmessnger Mobile Alerts. Everything installs fine but as soon as the install completes, I get a "Uncaught exception error". I get the same message if I try to start the program from the home screen. Anyone else having the same issues???? I really think the functionality would be great. I am trying it on a 7100i.

TIA,
Steve

I have it installed on a 7100i. I occasionally had problems when I upgraded to the application. I ended up with a fresh install and a hard re-boot. It has been working great since then. Great application.

7100i is notorious for java errors. That was the worst BB I ever owned. I hope you get it squared away
