I had a bb 7130 with scrollwheel and now I have a bb 8100 with Trackball.
At the 7130 I can see the complete record with several columns by scrolling. For that function I use the Alt-button and scrollwheel. I can't find the same functionality at the Pearl. Using the Alt-button with the trackball doesn't create any scroll functionality.

Any suggestions?

If nobody can answer you directly, I believe that this link will get you an answer. It has worked for me in the past on their Palm version.

I did ask DDH, but they didn't know there was a difference between the devices with HanDBase. For that reason I'am asking the Blackberry forums friends.......
