Default Outlook email - 05-22-2008, 06:59 PM

I am looking to retreive my work email on my blackberry. I currently use outlook at work/ I do not want these to run into my current push email though. Are there any apps that provide an interface like gmail but I can setup to pick up my work email?

If you are on BES for work you can set up the other email via BIS (Gmail, yahoo, etc). BIS comes with BES and you can configure up to 10 accounts. The mail will be combined on the device but messages from BIS will not synch back to your Outlook account. Maybe I didn't totally understand the question.

Does that help?

Well I am not on BES, company is too cheap...

All I want to do is access my work email separate from my regular emails. I get way too many emails a day from work and don't want to mix them with my personal emails.

Do you have pop access to the work email?

If you have outlook web access (OWA) you should be able to do this provided your company does not block it. Use the bis and set it up with the user id/password that you would use for OWA. should work like a champ.
