FakeCall costs $9.95 -- a fair price if you think you'll use it on a regular basis.

For others, this site will essentially do the same thing for free:

PhoneMyPhone.com :: find your cell phone, escape boring meetings, or end sucky dates early :P!

I just set my alarm to go off with a ringtone about 15 minutes into the meeting, excuse myself and walk out, then I reset it for 30 min later and do it again.

I also just fake an email.

My best customer is a lvl1 email and everyone knows what the sonar means so thats an easy out too

Well, I just tried this out and it does not work, however, I am also running 4.5 beta OS. Any word on supporting these anytime soon since we should be on the brink of this new OS?
