Question BBerrySync problem (PIN: BB<->outlook) - 06-06-2008, 05:26 PM

I'm using BBerrySync.
When I put the PIN of another bb user in my phone i should be synced to outlook.
But I can't find it in outlook, and after another sync it disappears in my BB.
Does someone know this problem and hopefully a solution?

Thanks

I am having a different problem with BBerrySync. I downloaded the newest version 1.2, installed it to my 8130 and registered for an account at bberrysync.com. The problem is that when I go to open BBSync on my desktop computer it continually gives me an error that says that "BBerrySynccould not initialize MS Outlook Connector. BBerrySync is only support for MSOutlook 2002 or higher." I am using MS Outlook 2007. Correct me if I am wrong, but I cant do the data map until I get the BBerrySync desktop software running. At the suggestion of BBerrySync I tried to do my data map from my phone via HTTP. That didn't work either. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. At this point I am dead in the water with this software. I am running Vista 64 bit.
