I just got a Blackberry World Edition 8830 from Sprint. There's actually a bookmark in the browser to install AIM, but it gets an error each and every time.

So then, I went to blackberry.com/aim, since the link was posted here. I actually got to download the software...but when I try to login, it says I need to go to blackberry.com/aim to activate my handheld device....what the heck?? I accepted the disclosure on that....there's nowhere on there to activate anything.

Is there another address I should be using to download the software?? Is it an issue with Sprint?? CUstomer service seems to have no clue...

try this through your phone. blackberry.com/instantmessaging. it worked for me, I just downloaded it after JiveTalk expired, haha.

does Palringo support wifi use? I got it and signed up n all it just always says "Signing in" all the time
