I have comcast internet service. I do not have membership for AOL, MSN etc. Can I still use IM+ software to see who is online for friends on the AOL, MSN sites.

No, you have to log into an account in order to view contacts in IM+.

it won't connect to the servers without a log on username and password for each individual account.
