I'm close to NYC around Philadelphia which some say is a suburb of NYC depending on who you talk to. Anyway, I know that doesn't count.
But I am just curious is this application just make some server do a call back using your cell voice minutes, in a sense the incoming call back is double charged (if it wasn't beta) ? I see a bunch of these services and I just don't understand why the services like these can utilize the data plan completely.
