If you guys want to get feedback, then you really need to try harder when it is offered to you.
I signed up for accounts for my 8310 and my wifes 8300. I haven't tried it much on my phone, but my wife has, and after a couple of days, the program stops catching the international call, and the calls were going through as a regular call. Even though she hung up, we were still charged a lot. I had to remove all international access from our accounts to keep from getting charged.
When I contacted your company the first time, the guy asked if I rebooted the phone. I was doing that while I was calling, and that did fix the problem. I asked if he wanted some information to help troubleshoot, and he said no in a way that was clear he was not interested.
I thought the point of having beta testers was to get as much feedback as possible?
A few days later, she had the same problem of it not catching the call, and again the reboot fixed it. This time I went to your web-site and basically typed what I just did above, and received an email saying sorry for the problems and to call the rep at his direct number to help troubleshoot. I called the guy back, got his voicemail and left a clear message indicating he asked me to call him, left my cell number, DID, and info about the problem.
It has been a couple of days and I have yet to hear back.
I am very interested in the product you are offering, and I think it is a great idea but if you don't care to get information from your beta testers, then I don't see it going anywhere.
If that is how you beta test, my wife and I are going to use up the $50 credit we each received and then remove the program. I expect that most other beta testers will do the same.
