Pocketday wants to replace module pdlistlib from my pdlists application. I had this issue a while back but for the life of me I can't remember how we resolved it.

It's ok to overlay PDLISTS. It's the same version.

FYI, when downloading, identifies itself as 5.3.1.2. I presume this is intentional.

"Added a new System Status section"

Pro only? I don't see this as a choice.

"Weather and World Times now use the same font as all the other sections."

Thank you! Looks soooo much nicer.

Also, the OS 4.5 style options screen looks nice.

Added support for multiple calendars (Bold or OS 4.6+)
---
So will there be support for multiple calenders under OS 4.5 in the future?

With the new beta, I've noticed the battery percentage and bar is more difficult to read. It looks like it runs into the signal bars and the percentage gets cut off at the bottom. It may be due to a font change or something.

Also the last updated weather time is still getting cut off with "...". Is there anyway to extend this?

I'm also unable to locate the new "System Status" section.

In your original post, it says to report bugs using the Help menu selection. I don't see this option. Are you talking about the "Support" option?

I just noticed that when the temperature gets into triple digits, it cuts off part of the low temperature for that day.

System status is a pro feature only...

We can't support multiple calendars below OS 4.6 because it's not available to 3rd party developers until 4.6...RIM OS limitation.

We just posted 5.3.1.3 (same URL's)

Fixed: Weather display tweaks, stock display tweaks, Battery % tweak and the weather location lookup is back.

Clicking the same url still brings up 5.3.1.2 (at least for 4.5)

Default Shortcuts disappear - 07-19-2008, 08:36 PM

After installing, most of my shortcuts disappeared (i.e., not mapped). The proper keys are still there - just what they mapped are gone.

- B.

EDIT - I see the bug. The shortcuts that are no longer mapped are the internal applications (e.g,. calculator, manage connections). However, pressing the shortcuts keys still work - they just display as not mapped within shortcuts.

Would you mind posting a picture or, at least, a detailed description of what this is. I don't have the pro version, but would be interested in know what this looks like to decide if an upgrade is worth it. I've always been on the fence and this may or may not push me over.

I dont know how to make a screen shot. It shows your battery power and available free memory as well as your carrier. Those three items.

All of that is shown in the title bar. This can't be worth a pro feature, just to have it move down to the main section.

Your point is well taken. All I use is the calendar and tasks items anyway.

How are your all day events appearing on the program?

I think the third item about carrier shows the signal. I have a -102 right now???????

Worse than ever. This is under 4.5, so CRS doesn't seem to know (I reported directly). I've tried both offset and not settings.

I have a bi-weekly (every other) Friday event called "Pay Day." It appears TWICE on Friday (this didn't happen before) and on Saturday.

Using Curve 8310 with OS 4.5.0.44, I can no longer see my tasks on the today view. This was also true on the last version of PD before I upgraded to the beta. Tasks show in agenda view, but only for current day. No tasks for tomorrow...

I use BES for calendar/tasks.

Working with Pocketday support staff, they believe that my lack of tasks is due to my company's BES IT policies. Is there anyone else out there with OS 4.5 on BES that is having task issues. My symptoms are as follows: NO tasks on today view; on agenda view I can see current day tasks but none due on subsequent days.

Thanks,

Kevin

OS 4.2; BB8830, Verizon. Not showing recurring all day events at all. They show up in the Blackberry calendar.

I am glad to read it maybe the issue with recurring events is due to 4.5.

Does anyone know how to setup PD to use a specific calender?
Is it possible or does it use the default?

Thanks

I can show available memory in the title bar??? I'd love to do this, but not sure how. Haven't seen a option that seems to do this...

OK, maybe not memory. But battery and signal are both shown.

It just seems like this particular "widget" doesn't do enough to make it "pro" feature. Of course, that's up to CRS, but it seems a little... well... random.

We'll be adding to the status widget (Phone #, pin code, etc.) This was the first cut. It also tells you direct signal strength for mobile and for wifi.

We're working on the bi-weekly recurring issue. Every OS version, they either fix or break something...very frustrating. I'm working directly with RIM on this.

PD can only display the default calendar in BB OS 4.3 and 4.5. On the Bold, we can display all.

On my Today screen in the title bar, it's showing "13" and a mail icon next to it.

I can't find any messages anywhere that haven't been opened.

Where is it pulling this information from?

Try going to the mail "tile," pressing the menu button, and selecting "E-Mail Resync." Does it now reflect reality?

I've been finding that PD has been lagging in updating messages. Not sure if this is something with OS 4.5 (beta) or the PD beta, but it's happening a lot recently.

Oh, you might also check to see if these are SMS messages?

All,

We've posted beta 5.4.0.2. Fixed numerous display issues and corrected the display of recurring calendar items (we hope).

Added more info to the system status section.

Same links.

On a pearl 8100 running OS 4.5, the new system info features are misaligned in this version. The db measurement (the -90...etc) is on top of the signal bars, and the battery % sign is on top of the little batery symbol.

I also asked to access phone logs about 10 times before it finally stopped, even though I kept allowing access and checking "don't ask again".

I'm having this issue with calendar events:

I created this event:

These are the settings I have:

This is what displays on Wed Jul 23:

Why does it not specify that this event actually occurs on Thurs Jul 24?

According to this screen, I would be led to believe that this event actually occurs today instead of tomorrow. Is this a bug?

I updated to the latest version and the calendar problem still occurs.

Also, the display problem with the battery percentage was re-introduced in this version.

You can see in my previous post (previous version) that the battery percentage did not get cut off on the bottom whereas it does in the latest version.

This does appear to fix the bi-weekly ("pay day") bug I reported. Thanks.

I see that the issue with several apps not being able for mapping has not been resolved, yes?
