Default More WebMessenger woes - 08-23-2005, 06:28 PM

I have installed WebMessenger on my 7290 (OS 4.0) and set up TCP with the APN, username and password for my carrier (Vodafone UK). But when I try to connect, WebMessenger just sits there for ages and declares "cannot connect to server". Can anyone suggest how I can enter the APN gateway IP and port numbers? Any other suggestions?

Have you tried contacting WebMessenger tech support?

I had an issue with Webmessenger, and found their tech support very responsive.

Yes, WebMessenger were good. But I think the problem rests with my carrier, Vodafone UK, whose customer support are anything but good.
