whats this app suppose to be compared with? PIM app or just a list app?

Yes. It combines the calender and task apps and throws in gps dependent alerts kinda like the old Naggie app.

Sorry for getting back to this late -

We see it as primarily a to-do list but with a tie in to the calendar so that you can see your tasks in context with other activities.

FYI - A new version with improved GPS integration is available. Thanks alpha testers for the great feedback so far - we really appreciate it!
