Default Idokorro - 08-25-2005, 05:32 AM

I installed Idokorro on a blackberry. That's fine.

A little problem. With BlackBerry, I got the folllowing problem. When I choose BlackBerrr BES Manager, Idokorro say " the blackebrry user administration service is not available, download the Blackberry Ressource Kit ?

Thanx for your help !!

You must install the BlackBerry Enterprise Server resource kit on your BES. You can download it from:

http://www.blackberry.com/support/do...ourcekit.shtml

Make sure to ready the BRK installation instructions carefully as it is a manual command line install and can be tricky.

For the best Idokorro support please email [email address] directly.
