Is this "low volume" a constant issue with all of your media files, or just one file?

I know that some of the original BB media files are quite low in volume, but you should have better luck with your own mp3s. Are you sure your phone is set to play the sounds loud?

Look in your profile settings...ring volume is likely set to medium or low.
