You can view your Google Reader subscriptions in both FreeRange & Viigo. I don't use Viigo anymore so my experience with Google Reader subscriptions & Viigo was with a much earlier version. I find FreeRange to be much faster than Viigo and with Viigo, all Google Reader subscriptions don't automatically update, which was very frustrating. I am presently using FreeRange on my BB, which is a better integration than Viigo, but still, it's not really a true sync, just a way to read Google subscriptions on the go.
(If I recall, either the Google Reader for BB is a really unsophisticated RSS product or doesn't exist.)
