Are any of the other sites like Mobihand better at dealing with changing devices and getting new registrations keys etc?
In the case of DataVault purchased from Handango maybe I am missing something, but DV's FAQ tells you to request a new pin from the place you purchased their app. An email to Handango requesting a new registration code yields and email pointing you back to DV's FAQ's. I have contacted Handango 2 times over a week and received this email twice, both of which show "solved" as the status...except uh there is no new registration code. I absolutely love DV and highly recommend it but dam changing devices shouldn't be this big a deal. Anyone try a different tactic that worked? Seems like it shouldn't take an hour + of time reading through FAQ's just to use the app on a new device, and then have their instructions turn out to not work.
I read in one of Marc's posts that the seller is responsible for generating keys, which is a fine policy, however, in today's market with the number of BB's out there, this should be an automated process not one that takes days or weeks.
