Hi, I have been using Windows Mobile smartphone/PDAs over the years. I recently broke my phone's touch screen & received a temporary 7290 blackberry from work. In days, I have started loving it - almost as much as my WM phones and now looking to stick with it and potentially upgrade to Bold, once I have made up my mind.

Here is my biggest concern...
I used to use this software with my WM phones that transmits the phone screen on the computer and lets me operate my phone using cmputer mouse & keyboard - I am absolutely crazy about it as I can type away mssages ultra-quick, copy/paste etc using my phone-screen-on-pc. the software is at mymobiler dot com.
I have scoured the internet & can't seem to find something close enough for blackberry.

Does anyone here have any pointers?

My second biggest concerns is..
Whether I can view & modify attachments in blackberry. I agree my model is about 2 generations old but thought I'd check nonetheless.

Yes, you can view attachments on the BlackBerry, just not many on the BlackBerry model you are using.

As a former (Pocket PC) Pocket Controller Pro user, I recommend Impatica Virtual Dock.
