Hi,

Is there any software for the PC to manage my contacts on my Bold?

Microsoft Outlook does a very good job.

when the bold is connected via USB how can I view my contacts?

You would view the contacts in Outlook, after you sync.

I've just configured Outlook with my gmail account. Now how do I sync it with my blackberry?

Sorry, never used Outlook before.

That is what our FAQ is good for...

How to synchronize data to Outlook:

1. Connect your BlackBerry® device to your computer.
2. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
3. Double-click Synchronize.
4. On the Configuration tab, click Configure synch.
5. Select the Address Book check box.
6. Select Outlook as the sync.

Do the same for tasks, calendar and memos
