Lots of little monkeys with headsets on, listening to your voice mails, sitting in a room furiously scribbling their notes.

It looks like YapMe.com is a partner with youmail.

YouMail Partners

From what I've just read on a quick google search, youmail is offering visual voicemail and yapme has a lot to do with that.
