sheets to go

everytime i try to update the documents to go to get sheets to go it says the download fails. that both on the phone and through the computer. can anyone help me

Do a battery pull and check your signal strength....

Well at least we know you are using the latest OS since the product only works on 4.5. I agree with Holden, it should work.
