Default HELP! trial of pocketday expired + now i don't receive email on my 8330!

Please Login to Remove!

i installed a trial version of pocketday professional a month ago on my bb curve. it expired last night and ever since then, i am not receiving my emails properly. i can sent out but the only way i receive a few emails is if i restart. i've soft restarted a bunch of times and get only a few spurts of email and facebook alerts at a time.
i uninstalled pockeday and pocket lists but there's an hourglass icon that has been revolving on the screen on and off all day.

it's driving me crazy, and my bb is no longer functioning properly.

please help!!!

First thing... if you haven't already. Pull the battery with the device powered on and leave it out for a good 30 seconds.

Then once you're powered on again, resend your service books.

i've deleted the email accounts and resent them, if that's what you mean...

i've reset the phone the way you describe
still getting that maddening hourglass, though

How did you delete Pocket Day and Lists -- what did you do? Could you possibly have left behind some of the modules?

i went to options, then advanced options, then applications, then picked pocketday and lists and hit delete on both
i soft restarted the phone after that

there must be a residue of pd, or my phone wouldn't act like this

how would i find left-over modules?

i've hard restarted maybe 20 times
i've resent the service books
contact verizon support and they resent the service books
we reentered the emails and they confirmed them on the other side

i'm not receiving any emails anymore (before, i could squeeze a few by resetting)

the maddening hourglass is still going

and pocketday support does not acknowledge it has anything to do with pocketday, despite the fact that this started when the trial subscription expired

any other ideas of what might be happening?

I've not heard of anyone else having problems from PocketDay's trial. Have you checked all the device settings to make sure nothing is changed? Can you synch the device with DesktopManager?

If nothing else works, you will need to reload the OS with JL_Cmder
