It is closing properly. Not locking up.
I will have to wait until tonight to see if it shows the actual quarters of a football game.
No major changes it seems.

Interesting comments. I have not upgraded yet. If it truly reduces/eliminates the clocking issues and does not break anything else, I may try it.

One more question: did they manage get the date right yet in the sports section?

No, it still shows the date of the first time you looked at the scores.
